Our courier service Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. will deliver to your hotel the day before you arrive. Please check with the front desk for pick up location.

Equipment is delivered to your hotel prior to your rental start date. Check with front desk. Try your equipment. If change is required, contact us during office hours. Please note we cannot exchange the morning of your rental start date.
Self Pick-Up Customers
Please visit our shop for self pick-up during operating hours and ensure to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time to process your rental.
【In-store Pickup】
You can pick up your rental items from the afternoon of the day before your rental start date.
When booking, please enter your actual rental period for the start and end dates, and select the previous afternoon as your pickup date.
【Courier Delivery】
Your rental items will be delivered to your hotel by the day before your rental start date.
【Staff Delivery (Sapporo Only)】
Your rental items will be delivered to your hotel the day before your rental start date. You can pick them up at the front desk upon check-in.

You can return your items the next morning.
