Good Sports Staff Hotel Delivery
We prepare and fit equipment based on information you give us.
Please make sure you correctly enter your height, normal shoe size, weight, and waist size.
We cannot make exchanges once equipment has been shipped.
Please see the chart below for details of equipment preparation.
Boots are usually prepared slightly bigger than the size of shoes, please bring thick socks or layered clothing.

You can change your booking by noon 4 days prior to rental start date.
Please note that in some cases, we cannot meet your request due to stock availability. A cancellation fee may apply for cancellation of items and users.
Delivery Point | Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. will deliver your equipment to your hotel the day before your rental start date. Yamato pick up counter differs at each hotel so please check with the hotel front desk. Please confirm your equipment and remove only the top white paper from the attached clear case. The red form will be used for returning. DO NOT LOSE THIS RED RETURN SLIP. If you do not receive your equipment, contact us immediately. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume that you have your equipment. |

Return Point | When returning, use the clear case with the red return slip. The return slip will have all information. You do not need to fill out the form. Please bring this red return slip in the clear case with your equipment to the same place you picked up the equipment. |

When booking online, select "Hotel Delivery" form. In the message/inquiry box, write in "Pick up at Niseko" or "Pick up at Sapporo" and "your pick up date."
If deadline has passed, please call our Niseko or Sapporo shop.
*You can also come to our shop to rent even if you do not have a reservation; however, please note that your choice may not be available.
