Q An error occurred while processing credit card.

Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit and also check if you entered valid credit card details.
Credit cards issued outside of Japan may be subject to a daily limit. Please try with a different card.
Please leave the security card space blank.

Q What is considered a round trip booking?

Booking both departure and return is considered round trip booking. Airport→Niseko→Sapporo Hotels, or Sapporo Hotels→Niseko→Airport is also considered a White Liner round trip booking.

Q I cannot select the bus number.

In this case, the bus you wish to take is fully booked or has been canceled since the number of passengers didn't reach our minimum number of 6.

Q I would like to modify my booking.

Please contact us during business hours to change or cancel your booking. If your call or email is received outside of business hours, it will be considered as received the next business day.
Our change of booking policy is as below.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

2-3 Days Before Travel Date 30%
Day Before Travel Date 40%
Day of Travel Before Departure Time 50%
Day of Travel After Departure Time or No Show 100%

Q How do I get the bus tickets?

There are no bus tickets. Just let our staff know your name or your reservation ID.

Q How long does it take to get to the White Liner bus counter tour desk in the domestic terminal from the International terminal?

It is about a 10-20 minute walk from 2F International Terminal arrival gate. Follow the signs to the Domestic Terminal. When you reach the departure lounge to Gates C and D, go down to the first floor. Our counter is located at the 1F Domestic Tour Desk, between Arrival Gates 4 and 5.

Q If my flight was delayed, can I get on a bus?

[In case of flight delay]

  • If you had allowed enough time for connection as required below, you can take the next available bus at no extra fee. If there is no bus operation or seat available, your bus fare will be fully refunded.
  • If your connecting time is less than the time required above, you can take the next available bus on the same day for 500JPY change fee per person. If there is no bus operation or seat available, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if company receives notice from customer before bus departure time. Any notification after bus departure or a No-Show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • DOMESTIC: Allow at least 45 minutes after flight arrival and 60 minutes for departure.
  • INTERNATIONAL: Allow at least 90 minutes after flight arrival and 120 minutes for departure.
  • Connecting times for customers boarding the 9213 and 9215 bus from a domestic flight.
    * Please note you will need over 60 minutes between arriving and making your way to the terminal to board the 9213 and 9215 bus

Q Can we select our seats?

No, we do not assign seats. All seats are "first come, first serve".
