Credit cards issued outside of Japan may be subject to a daily limit. Try with a different card.
You can request changes or cancellations through the following methods:

Deadline for Procedures (via Website)
Cancellations: On the day of the first use.
Change Requests: By 12:00 noon on the day before the first use.

The date of receipt will be considered the cancellation/change request date.

We are not responsible for any bank charges and exchange rate differences on cancellation refunds.

If seats available on next bus/day, ¥500 change fee/person will apply. If seats are unavailable, regular CXL fees will apply. (Notified before bus departure 50%, no-show or notice after departure 100%)

Connection time required at airport for flight arrival and departure:
- DOMESTIC: 45 minutes after flight arrival and 60 minutes for departure.
- INTERNATIONAL: 90 minutes after flight arrival and 120 minutes for departure.
Bus may be delayed due to weather. Please consider this when choosing your bus.
