We are not responsible for any bank charges and exchange rate differences on cancellation refunds.

If we have the equipment available, you can change. A 2,000JPY fee will be charged for each exchange.
・Courier Delivery Service
No changes accepted.
Extension fees will be charged accordingly.
(There is no discount on extention fees.)
Cancellations after the start of your rental period will not be accepted. Requests to shorten the rental end date will also not be accepted once your rental period starts.
However, in the case of injury incurred, refunds will apply for any remaining rental period dates two days after notification received.
(Example: Rental period 1st to 7th. Injury incurred and reported to us on the 3rd. Refund will be given for the remaining dates 5th to 7th.)
Our ski equipment is maintained at the highest standard, and is checked before the start of each rental period.
If equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, contact us immediately.
If stolen, a police report will be required.
