Terms of Use

Equipment Rental Operation

  • Standard Rental: Dec 2 – March 31
  • Performance Rental: Dec 14 - March 31

Online booking

  • 5 days before the rental start date.

Telephone booking

  • An additional 2,200 JPY per person will apply for telephone bookings.
  • Same day bookings accepted if equipment available. (Not applicable for Courier))

Credit card payment

  • VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX are available.
  • We accept lump-sum payment only.
  • Please settle your payment within 2 days after completion of booking. Your booking will be canceled if payment is not completed by the due date.
    **Please settle payment immediately if your travel is within 2 days.

Cancellation policy

We are not responsible for any bank charges and exchange rate differences on cancellation refunds.

Change of equipment after starting rental service

・Niseko and Sapporo Area
If we have the equipment available, you can change. A 2,000JPY fee will be charged for each exchange.

・Courier Delivery Service
No changes accepted.

Extension of rental period after starting rental service

Extension fees will be charged accordingly.
(There is no discount on extention fees.)

Cancellations After Start of Rental Period

Cancellations after the start of your rental period will not be accepted. Requests to shorten the rental end date will also not be accepted once your rental period starts.
However, in the case of injury incurred, refunds will apply for any remaining rental period dates two days after notification received.
(Example: Rental period 1st to 7th. Injury incurred and reported to us on the 3rd. Refund will be given for the remaining dates 5th to 7th.)

Our ski equipment is maintained at the highest standard, and is checked before the start of each rental period. If the equipment is damaged during rental period, the following charges will apply:

  • Ski and snowboard:
    -Damaged: 20,000 Yen
    -Lost: 30,000 Yen
  • Performance ski and snowboard:
    -Damaged: 50,000 Yen
    -Lost: 60,000 Yen
  • Boot: 15,000 Yen
  • Binding: 10,000 Yen
  • Poles: 3,000 Yen
  • Adjustable ski pole: 5,000 Yen
  • Snow suit: Damaged/Lost 15,000 Yen
  • Helmet: Damaged/Lost 15,000 Yen
  • Binding part for snowboard (belt, ratchet) damaged: 1,000 Yen and up
