Requests to Our Customers
Face masks are now optional.
Drinking alcohol is prohibited on the bus.
Please disinfectant your hands and fingers before boarding.
Please take your temperature in advance and refrain from boarding the bus if you are not feeling well.
We comply with Travel Agency Association guidelines (latest release March 13, 2023).
We will update our above policies should the guidelines change.
Please contact us if you have been infected with COVID within two weeks of returning home from your travel here.
White Liner Bus Safety-Measures
This system continually brings fresh air into the bus.
* If vehicle is a passenger van, air ventilation will take place every 5-10 minutes.
The inside of our buses are coated with the ANTIBACTERIAL・DEODORIZING・ANTIVIRAL agent "delfino".
- Alcohol hand sanitizer is available at the entrance to the bus
- All bus staff will wear masks.
- All bus drivers and staff will have their temperature checked before starting work, and will not be permitted to work if their temperature is over 37.5 degrees Celsius.

To prevent spread of COVID-19, we at Good Sports, are implementing the
「 7-point Preventive Measures 」
as prescribed by the Hokkaido Government.
- All staff members will wash their hands frequently.
- All staff members will thoroughly monitor their health condition.
- Regularly ventilate facility.
- Regularly sanitize and wash facility and equipment.
- Reduce person to person contact through physical distancing.
- Installing partitions
- Capacity limits, open seating between customers
- Requesting that customers wash hands, follow proper cough etiquette.
- Visible notification to customers of preventive measures taken.
