Every White Liner bus takes 2 hours 30 minutes between New Chitose Airport and the Hirafu Welcome Center, in both directions. The bus goes direct and does not stop at hotels on the way. There is one rest stop (Bifue Pass).

One stop, in the middle of the village
The White Liner has a single stop in Niseko: the Hirafu Welcome Center, in the centre of Niseko Grand Hirafu. Because the bus does not stop at individual hotels, it arrives at the same time every day.
Hirafu is compact, and most accommodation is a short walk away:

Walking times are estimates based on straight-line distance. Hirafu is built on a slope and streets are snow-covered in winter, so allow extra time.

Staying in Niseko Village, Annupuri or Hanazono? You can continue from Hirafu by resort shuttle, local bus or taxi — or book a private charter to go directly to your accommodation.
Going to Sapporo? The White Liner also has a bus from Hirafu to Sapporo Station, leaving at 15:00 and arriving at 17:30.

Have these ready: your travel date and bus, your flight details, the name, age and gender of every passenger (required under the Transport Law), and an email address for your booking confirmation. Recommended airport connection times — DOMESTIC: minimum 45 minutes after flight arrival. INTERNATIONAL: minimum 90 minutes after flight arrival.

For internet bookings, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. Please check that the details are correct. * If the automated email does not arrive, please contact us.
At check-in, just provide your name or Booking ID. Please confirm your meeting place in advance. Boarding at CTS Airport: check in at our counter at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Boarding at Hirafu Welcome Center: check in at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
SKI & SNOWBOARD RENTAL
Add ski rental to your trip
Skis and snowboards can be delivered to applicable hotels in Niseko, so you do not have to wait in line at a rental shop on your first morning. Book online in English before you fly.
− All seats by reservation only. Book in advance by internet or telephone. Discount for web booking only. Email/phone bookings are regular price. Based on Transport Law, name, age and gender are required information.
−A minimum of 6 passengers is required for the bus to operate. We will confirm the operation 7 days before departure. If the minimum is not met, we will contact you by phone or email.

Refunds
Refunds are issued through the credit card company used for the booking. Depending on the closing date, the refund may take one to two months after the cancellation is completed. If you used a debit card, the charge may temporarily appear twice; please contact your card issuer about the refund timing. We are not responsible for any bank charges and exchange rate differences on cancellation refunds.
Bus Luggage Policy
Each passenger may bring one set of ski or snowboard equipment and one piece of other luggage. The one-piece limit applies even if you are not bringing ski or snowboard equipment. Passengers with two or more pieces of luggage, or with especially large luggage, may not be able to board. If you have a lot of luggage, please consider sending it in advance by courier.
Please check your luggage for any existing damage or defects (such as wheels or handles) before loading it onto the bus. If you find any, please inform the driver or staff before boarding. When collecting your luggage, please check its condition immediately. If you notice any damage, please report it to the driver or staff on the spot. Claims reported later may be difficult to verify.

− Buses depart on schedule. No refund is given after departure.
−Depending upon the number of passengers, the vehicle may be a van, minibus or mid-size bus.
− Operating times and routes may change without notice due to weather, road, flight or ski resort conditions.
− If roads are closed due to weather or accidents and are not expected to reopen, we may direct you to JR or other transport. In that case bus fares are not refunded and other transport costs are at your expense.
− Drinking alcohol is prohibited on the bus.
− Please refrain from boarding the bus if you are not feeling well.

AOne stop, in the middle of the village: the Hirafu Welcome Center, the White Liner’s only stop in Niseko. Most Hirafu accommodation is within a 15-minute walk; see the list. No — the bus does not stop at individual hotels; because it goes direct, the journey takes 2 hours 30 minutes and the bus arrives at the same time every day. If you want to go directly to your accommodation, we also arrange private charters.
QHow long does the bus take from New Chitose Airport to Niseko?＋
A2 hours 30 minutes on the White Liner, direct with no bus changes. Departures are at 9:45, 10:45, 11:45, 13:30, 14:30 and 15:45.
